Courtney’s path in the world of real estate began in 2003 when she obtained her real estate license while teaching school in Birmingham, Alabama. After two years of teaching, she realized her true calling was in real estate, following in her father’s footsteps. Her decision to change careers marked the start of an exciting journey.

Courtney’s experience in real estate expanded as she worked with her father at Auner & Blanchard Real Estate in Gulf Shores, Alabama, for three years. During this time, she honed her skills and deepened her understanding of the industry, preparing her for the next chapter.

In 2007, Courtney returned to her hometown and joined the family business, Skipper Realty. Since then, she has been a vital part of the team, helping clients navigate the real estate market and find the perfect properties.

Education and Achievements:

Courtney’s academic achievements are as impressive as her real estate career. She graduated from the University of Alabama in 2002 with honors and two degrees, one in Early Childhood Education and another with a minor in Finance. Her academic excellence was further demonstrated through her membership in Alpha Delta Pi.

Family and Personal Life:

In 2007, Courtney got married, and in 2010, she welcomed her first and only child, Lily Reeves. Lily has kept Courtney busy with a full and fulfilling family life. You will likely find Courtney supporting her daughter at softball games, volleyball matches, or track meets when she’s not at work.

Courtney enjoys the great outdoors in her spare time, whether it’s hunting, fishing, or spending time at the beach. Her love for nature and the open air complements her busy professional life.
